The Secret of Getting Rich (Summary - Volume 2/Chapter 3)

Author: William D. Wattles

Chapter Thee:

No man is kept poor because opportunity has been taken from him. There is enough

opportunity for the man who will go with the tides instead of swim against it.

The working class will become “the master class” when they begin to do things in a certain way. The law of wealth is for them as it is for all others.

No one is kept in poverty by shortness in the supply of riches, there is enough for all. Ten thousand times as much has been made might still be made and even then we should not have exhausted the supply of universal raw materials. No man therefore is poor because nature is poor. Nature is an inexhaustible store house of riches – the supply will never run short.

The ownership of money and property come by reason of doing things in a certain way. Those who do things in this certain way, whether by purpose or accidentally gets rich. But those who do not do things in this certain way, no matter how hard they work they remain poor.
